You know, for a Saint Emilion Grand Cru, we can't find out a darn thing about this estate or wine. Fortunately, we know it tastes great (because we tried it). Nicely rich and plummy red and black berry fruit forms the wine's core with a touch of fresh herb on top and melted dark chocolate underneath. Fine and firm on the finish, it's pretty much the epitome of Right Bank Bordeaux and ready to enjoy now and for 4-5 years to come.
For You If: You love really good, rich and plummy, Right Bank Bordeaux and don't care that neither you nor anyone you know will be able to figure out anything about the producer; you're having lamb loin chops or beef tenderloin for dinner - this would be a welcome table companion.
