Organic/Bio Lower ABV Ah-so THIS is what Willamette Valley Pinot Gris is supposed to taste like! From an organically farmed vineyard south of Salem, it's fermented and aged 50/50 in stainless steel and older French oak with 5 months on the lees. Delivers a fascinating yin-yang of deep richness (ripe fruit, lees) and zesty freshness (zippy acids, crunchy fruit). Green plum, peach and lime fruit picks up a touch of spice from barrel to go along with lovely floral accents. A delicious wine to sip or pair with anything from buttered scallops to fried chicken.
