A bit more ripe and fruit-filled take on the seafood-friendly white of Santorini and other Greek islands. This no-oak white delivers generous aromas and flavors of crisp white apple and Key lime supported by fresh acids and a touch of sea salt. There’s enough volume and roundness here to enjoy this solo, but seafood of all kinds will enjoy its company!
