Really good brunch bubbles! Or anytime bubbles, really, that you'll enjoy for the ripe strawberry and watermelon and baked raspberry fruit that delivers a big wallop of flavor but no sense of sweetness (it would be "Extra Brut" if Champagne). The bubbles are boisterous and invite sipping, toasting or classing things up by dropping a berry in your glass. It's 100% Spanish Tempranillo made fizzy by the Charmat method if you want the technical details. But the main thing is that this is a tasty, fun, glass of fizz that just happens to have 0% alcohol.
