Since 1982 Markus Molitor has been refining his sparkling Riesling, creating a wine with the joyful refreshment (and bone dry finish) of Champagne-method fizz and the incisive peach, lime and stone aromas and flavors of Mosel Riesling. This is delicious solo as a palate waker-upper and will be lovely with all kinds of food.
