The legendary German wine estate Leitz also creates some of the most highly lauded no-alcohol wines available anywhere. The secret is good quality base wine with the alcohol removed through a slow, gentle, vacuum process. Who knew that German Chardonnay could serve up ripe apple/pear fruit with a nice squirt of lemony acid and touch of spicy oak at the end. Easy to sip and makes a nice spritz, too.
