All organic farming and a super-gentle winemaking approach turn out a surprisingly rich, textured, and deep Marsannay rouge in the warm 2022 vintage. The 93 point review from Suckling is for the upcoming 2023, but still gives you a great idea of what to expect: "Fragrant, refined aromas of cherries, bramble berries, cloves and cured meat. The midweight palate has a tightly wound red-fruit profile, fine-grained tannins and mineral-driven acidity. Great precision and tension with good aging potential." Decant for an hour now or let this grow over the next 10+ years.
