Doug Margerum says the Sybarites "are people who have a fondness for sensuous luxury" and built this wine to satisfy that desire. At just 12.5%, it's not heavy, but it's jam-packed with flavor. As Vinous says in the 92 point review, "The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc Sybarite leans into the lean, energetic side of the variety. Slightly grassy and tropical, it maintains a steely, vibrant feel from start to finish. Guava and passion fruit overtones hang around, joining an echo of lime zest while buzzy acids tingle on the tongue.".

For You If:   You love the ripe melon, stone fruit and citrus of Sauvignon Blanc without any grassy or savory herb notes - just a touch of mint here for beautiful lift.

Not For You If:   You're after the leaner, stonier, French style Sauvignon or a lot of sharp cut and jalapeno bite - this is smoother than that.
