Organic/Bio Lower ABV A lot going on here as 80 year-old vines give concentration and a site on the border of Fleurie's Clos de la Roilette adds purity and finesse. Vinous describes it well: "offers Morello cherry, rose petal and cassis scents on the nose. The palate is medium-bodied with finely knit tannins. This is pure and elegant in style, with touches of sour cherry and raspberry coulis toward the finish. This is very more-ish." An elegant, lithe, wine that will age surprisingly well.
For You If: You like your Cru Bojo perfumed, fine and finessed - this doesn't have all the power you might expect of Moulin-a-Vent but more than enough structure to shine at table.
Not For You If: You're looking for big, bold, firm Moulin-a-Vent - this is more elegant and fine.
