Organic/Bio An astonishingly good Burgundy Chardonnay from organic growers working in the beautiful “Le Paradis” 1er cru site in Givry. Bold aromas of sliced pear, white peach, lemon and white flowers pull you into a delicate palate that grows nicely with air.  A touch of hazelnut/brioche adds complexity and lingers with the fruit on the spiced golden apple finish. Not the richest white Burg you'll run across, but pretty and delicious.

For You If:  You're in the mood for lovely aromatics and a very pure, elegant, palate that gains depth with a bit of air; you're after Chardonnay to enjoy with simply prepared river or white ocean fish - this will sing.

Not For You If:  You're looking for a lot of oak influence - it's subtle here - or power - this is more delicate/easy.
