Organic/Bio Eric Bonnet took over his family estate in 1999, so he has 25 years of organic farming and careful winemaking experience behind him now. It shows in this challenging vintage as he's crafted a stunning white from 40% Clairette Rose, 40% Grenache Blanc and 20% Roussanne. There's lovely flesh here balanced with stony minerality, letting the ripe stone fruit flavors flow beautifully through a long, pure, fresh finish. Delicious!

For You If:   You're looking for a deep, rich, and still fresh wine that's fun to just drink and will shine with creamy seafood and poultry dishes or even with Asian herbs and spices.
