The most immediately ready to drink Priorat from this great estate still has plenty of character and depth. As Wine Advocate says in the 91 point review, "The red 2023 Serras del Priorat was produced with a blend of Garnacha, Cariñena and Syrah fermented in stainless steel and matured in 500-liter French oak barrels. It has a nose of ripe berry fruit, aromatic Mediterranean herbs and a touch of sweet spices. It comes in at 15% alcohol, but it does not feel alcoholic; it's quite balanced and fine-boned."
For You If: You like the flavors of Priorat in a fresher, more mineral-driven, style; you're looking for a distinctive red that will shine with food and delight while the oven is pre-heating, too.
Not For You If: You're after super dense, black-fruited, Priorat - this is big but juicy and more red-fruited in style.
