Lower ABV Pretty much exactly what you’d want to drink with seafood and sunset on the Greek Island of Evia. Blending salty Assyrtiko with fragrant Viognier, it serves up generous aromas of white peach and apricot and a burst of lemon oil. Then fresh and clear on the palate with lemon/peach fruit, a nice feeling of body and a salty minerality on the close. Plenty of fruit here matched by a refreshing, dry, finish.
For You If: You enjoy the combo of fruit and a dry finish found in Italian whites like Falanghina and many Sauvignon Blancs; you’re about to dig into a spread of fresh seafood – this will match up perfectly!
