Organic/Bio From a farmer who works his own way, a unique take on Pinot Gris - from a solera begun with the 2018 vintage and added to every year (except the 2020 smoke harvest). As Stephen writes, "The core of Perpetual Album begins with the 2018 vintage.  Layers of past vintages (2018, 2019, 2021, & 2022) build a rich framework of savory depth.  The addition of the fresh 2023 vintage to this blend provides vibrancy and enlivens the wine. Golden apple, heirloom peach, Meyer lemon, fresh melon intertwine with crushed rock, hazelnut, brioche, and baking spice. A generous and full palate is filled with movement, beautifully layered acidity, and texture." Just 70 cases bottled.
