"Antech really do make textbook Blanquette. Mauzac brings apple blossom and the taste of a windfall apple picked up off wet just-mown grass and bit into without even brushing it off. It tastes of daisies in orchard grass and cobnuts that have sat wrinkling on the kitchen table. Chenin brings a lick of honey, Chardonnay wraps them all up in a soft white handkerchief.
