"A delineated, vivacious bouquet with dried quince, orange peel and a touch of sea water. The palate is medium-bodied with a pleasant honeyed texture on the entry, very well judged acidity, those oxidative/nutty notes neatly counterbalancing the sweetness and viscosity towards the finish with some aplomb.
