This could just be the very best value bottle of bubbles we've ever found. It's 90% Chardonnay with 10% Vermentino (Ugni Blanc) for lift and bite. The bubbles are small and persistent and the aromas and flavors bright and generous, featuring sliced apple, lime zest and a hint of peach. Fresh and lively, this finishes dry and crisp and very clean. Sure, a great mimosa wine, but lots of fun to sip solo, too!
