Doing non-alcoholic wine that tastes like wine is hard and usually the most we can say is, “They’ve done the best job we can find.” This goes a big step forward – tasting this blind and your nose and mouth will tell you, “New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.” And while you might notice a little less density on your palate than with some, it won’t cross your mind to think “NA wine.” Dry, crisp, flavorful.
