Organic/Bio Lower ABV Mary Taylor's MT3 wines come from smaller producers like Michel Paquet's tiny plots spread across five villages in the Macon. In 2024, it's a gentle, easygoing, Chardonnay showing delicate pineapple and yellow apple fruit with a dusting of lemon/lime zest and light, stony, minerality. Lovely solo and even better with seafood or salty nibbles.
