Lower ABV There are a ridiculous number of Cottats in Sancerre, and Eric is clearly one of the more retiring members of this prominent family. But when you’re making wine this good, letting what’s in the glass speak for you is more than enough. All Pinot Noir done in tank, this is pretty, elegant, Sancerre pink with sophisticated strawberry/cherry fruit and a dusting of Sancerre’s signature limestone on the dry finish. Really lovely.

For You If:  You like your rosé pretty, elegant, and delicious with or without food.

Not For You If:  You’re after something rich/dense – this is pretty ethereal in the best way!
