Lower ABV From 40 year-old vines in the little village of Peronne, this delivers the lovely richness and depth we expect from Gentilhommes even in a cool harvest like 2024. The 15% of the wine aged in oak (the rest in steel) helps with the creamy mouthfeel and adds a touch of spice to the crisp pear and yellow apple fruit. A notion of toasted hazelnut and chalky minerality come up on the fresh, dry, finish. As Dunnuck said of the 2022 edition, this is "a classy Chardonnay with tons to love."

For You If:   You enjoy the class can character of white Burgundy in a wine that's as easygoing in style as it is in price.
