Organic/Bio Refined, pretty, Pinot Noir from 50 year-old certified organic vines in the north of the Cote d'Or. The old vine fruit ripened to elegant perfection in the difficult 2024 vintage and 12 months in 20% new French oak added polish and spice. Black cherry and wild berry fruit is dusted with spice and bitter chocolate aromas and flavors. The fruit picks up a cranberry tang of freshness on the supple, easy, finish. Fun to drink even solo and great with salmon.
For You If: You're looking for Pinot with excellent minerality and delineation that finishes pretty, fresh and soft.
Not For You If: You're in the mood for big, bold, Pinot - this is generous and has plenty of fruit in a silky, supple, style.
