A more traditional white Priorat from Clos Figueras entirely from Garnacha Blanca. Wine Advocate's 91+ write-up describes it well: "The white 2023 Serras del Priorat Blanc has a profile of purity and elegance, with freshness and balance. It was produced exclusively with Garnacha Blanca that achieved 14% alcohol, but it kept very good freshness. It's clean and precise, very tasty and pleasant. It matured exclusively in stainless steel."
