We're not sure why you'd start a Willamette Valley winery to make wines in the style of Friuli, Italy. But it works! This is a classic Friuli skin contact-style Friuli Pinot Blanc with crisp white orchard fruit, a steely/minerally feel, a touch of grip and a hint of something nutty. The finish flows nicely, leaving fruit and spice lingering behind. Mouthwatering and fresh, it would be lovely with fresh fish in brown butter!

For You If:   You're looking for a white that goes beyond fruit - and has no oak - that shows an extra note of lightly nutty complexity.

Not For You If:   You're after a big mouthful of just fresh fruit - this has both the grip and flavors of skin contact.
