A unique aromatized “wine” that starts with Mistelle – fortified grape must – and is infused with gentian and cinchona (quinine) for bitterness and then with wild herbs and plants first collected by Dr. Hyppolite Bonal during walks in Savoie’s Chartreuse mountains. Not as bitter and a bit warmer feeling than Amaros or many Vermouths, drink neat with a twist or in cider, sparkling wine or whiskey. Great with salty snacks and hard cheeses, too!
