Former NE Patriots quarterback Drew Bledsoe continues to make an all-star name for himself in the world of Walla Walla wine. This is about 75% Cabernet Sauvignon plus Merlot, Cab Franc and Malbec and deliver rich blackcurrant and blackberry fruit with a double handful of black olives, dried ancho chili and fresh herb for accent. There’s a lot going on here in a perfect match for lamb or herb-roasted beef.

For You If:   You like rich Cabernet that’s about more than fruit – the olive, spice and herbal complexity here is forward and delicious.

Not For You If:   You’re after the pure fruit + oak spice of Napa Cab – this is much more complex and savory than that!
