Lower ABV Two-time Austrian Winemaker of the Year Anton Bauer is a bit of a red wine specialist – unusual for Wagram – and makes this refreshing blend of Zweigelt, Syrah and Merlot from juice bled off his red wine ferments. It’s rich in feel and mouthwateringly fresh, with juicy cherry, watermelon and cherry fruit and a touch of savory minerality on the crisp, dry, finish.  Delicious as a solo sipper and built for food from salads to schnitzel.

For You If:   You love a refreshing rosé by itself and with all kinds of summery foods – grilled salmon would be a nice match here, but anything crunchy/salty/savory will match up well.

Not For You If:  You’re after the very lightest of pale pink rosé – this has a touch more color and body than some, although at just 13% alcohol it’s delightfully dry and crisp.
