Organic/Bio Lower ABV Trebbiano doesn’t get much respect, but grow it organically, at very low yields (25% under the legal limit) in a stunning national park near the Abruzzo coast and something very special happens. This is full of nicely concentrated green apple, melon and lemon fruit with wild accents of seaweed, almond, thyme, basil and more. Feels slippery on your palate, with a lovely, dry, mouthwatering finish. A great companion for grilled veggies, sharp cheeses, Caronara – anything salty or full of the flavors of the sea!

For You If:   You’re looking for a delicious all-purpose white to sip solo with satisfaction and pair with all kinds of food from cured meats to roast chicken to fresh from the sea fish or shellfish.

Not For You If:   You’re after something with a creamy/dense texture or oaky aromas and flavors – this is silky and done all in steel.
