Organic Lower ABV Don't let the unusual country of origin (Slovenia) or touch of pink/orange color put you off: this is a terrific take on Pinot Grigio. A few hours of soaking on the skins gives this an "orange wine" vibe in color terms, but it's clean, pure and deliciously full of pear, green melon and nectarine fruit with refreshing acidity and fine minerality. A pinch of tannin builds the freshness and sustains the long finish. Enjoy chilled, with vegetable dishes, pasta, creamy sauces, poultry, fish and charcuterie.
