In 1995, Loredana Addari and Nicola Argamante left their city jobs and founded this Piemonte winery, run today with their two daughters. The house style her is classic and direct, and that's a great description of their Barbera d'Alba. With it's juicy black cherry fruit, bright acidity and light tannin, this is classic Barbera done in steel to lock in fruit and freshness.  Pizza, pasta, burgers, movie night - pretty much any casual red wine occasion works with this fine value gem!

For You If:   You want a good Italian red that's full of character, easy to drink, and thrives paired with salty/savory food that makes you thirsty, like pizza, red sauce pasta, even fried seafood.

Not For You If:  You're looking for something earthy, oaky or grippy - this is clean, fresh, done all in steel, and mouthwateringly easy on the finish.
