Organic/Bio Lower ABV This is so lovely and weightless it's hard to believe it's 100% whole cluster while the fruit is so ripely delicious it's a bit hard to believe it's from the Hautes Cotes! Crunch black fruits, a deep layer of forest floor earthiness and just a touch of sappy grip at the back deliver real satisfaction and complexity. Refined, elegant and delicious now-2033.

For You If:  You're looking for that classic Burgundy fruit/earth/silk/grip experience - this delivers on the promise already and will just get better with are and/or cellar time.

Not For You If:  You're after the iron-ore minerality and power of, say, Gevrey-Chambertin - this is more elegant and fresher than that.
