Organic/Bio From the organic line of long-time benchmark Chilean producer Miguel Torres, this is pretty much what Carmenere is all about. Long thought to be Merlot in Chile, and showing the plump black fruit that fits that profile. But layers of tobacco, wild herb, bitter chocolate and peppery bite are all Carmenere. Fun and a fine burger red.
