From local growers, this takes you there with a wild blend of Syrah, Grenache Noir, Ugni Blanc, Merlot, Caladoc, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan. You’ll notice the Syrah character – blue/black flavored, a little savory – gives this plenty of character and the hints of white pepper and wild herbs perfectly match the red berry and watermelon fruit core. Easy to like and enjoy!
