Lower ABV Famed Northern Rhone producer Ferraton Pere & Fils branches out to the Languedoc to make a cheerful, zippy, summer sipping white here. It blends Vermentino (aka "Rolle") for green and orange citrus and apple fruit, a hint of fresh herbs, and a sleek, steely, mouthfeel with ripe Viognier for a dash of ripe peach fruit and hint of white floral complexity. The Vermentino is most present on the juicy, mouthwatering, palate.  Then, as the acidity grips a bit, the peachy, floral, notes of Viognier emerge and linger on the long, dry, finish. A fun solo sipper and seafood companion.
