Organic/Bio Lower ABV This small California house focuses on organic vines and heritage vines across California.  Here they’re working with 100% Grenache that goes into small bins, gets stomped on by foot for a bit, and then sits skins and juice together under dry ice overnight before pressing.  Big aromas and flavors of strawberry and orange zest with a hint of pink grapefruit. Finishes dry, crisp and fresh with a touch of zing.

For You If:   You’re after something light (just 11.2% alcohol!) but full of flavor; you want something in the style of Provence but with a bit more zip and crunch.

Not For You If:   You want something round and smooth – this has real zest.
