A very satisfying Champagne-style sparkler from 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier grown in the Chehalem Mountains. Vinous describes it well in the 91 point review, "burst from the glass with a savory blend of crushed stones, field grasses, ground ginger and crushed yellow apples. This opens with a salty flourish of minerality and tart citrus as silken bubbles soothe the senses and tart orchard fruits swirl throughout. Distinctly savory yet remarkably fresh, the 2019 finishes clean, leaving a vivid note of fresh nectarine."
