Organic/Bio Lower ABV The husband/wife team of Jorge Serodino Borges and Sandra Tavares da Silva craft some of the most pure and detailed Ports and dry wines of the Douro Valley. Here they’re working with Rabigato, Viosinho and Gouveio grown on granite at 600 meters elevation. Green peach and nectarine flavors flow on a light (12.2%) palate and finish with a salty, almost Albarino-like, kick. Refreshing, dry, mouthwatering white for sipping and seafood.

For You If:   You like Muscadet or Albarino’s salty minerality and want to try something with a little different flavor profile.

Not For You If:   You’re after a lot of body or a bit of oaky spice – this is light, vivid, and done all in steel.
