Organic/Bio A lovely introduction to this fine, if small, grower Champagne estate. In this release, it's 100% Pinot Meunier from vintage 2018 and disgorged in March, 2025 - so . With nearly six years on the lees, there’s a nice toastiness on the nose and palate to go with plenty of yellow apple and pear fruit that flows on through a crisp, dry (4.5 g/l dosage) finish. An excellent value in hand-crafted Champagne that's as much fun solo as it is with all kinds of food.
