Lower ABV A fantastic release of this benchmark Basque white. The aromas are bright and focused, showing citrus and green stone fruit notes dusted with chark. There's real intensity on the palate, too, where lemon zest, green apple and a hint of grated ginger shine brightly and are lifted by both juicy acids and just a bare prickle of retained CO2. Dry, chalky and mouthwatering on the finish and just 10.5% alcohol, it's crazy refreshing and fun with food.
For You If: You're dreaming of your trip to Basque country where you nibbled on small bites from charming pintxos bars while quaffing glass after glass of Txakolina from tumblers; you love salty, minerally, whites like Muscadet or Chablis; you want to drink 3 glasses of wine but only get the alcohol of 2!
