At the far northerly edge of the appellation, Pigoudet's vineyards benefit from all of Provence's sunshine with a touch cooler evening air and exceptionally late harvests. Which gives this blend of Rolle (Vermentino) and Ugni Blanc exceptionally deep flavors of sweet lemon, peach, pink grapefruit and wild herbs. There's more body than in, say, Gascogne whites but a similar level of lemony refreshment. Lovely seafood, salad and sipping white!

For You If:  You enjoy the ripe lemon fruit and wild herb savory notes of Cote de Gascogne whites or even Sauvignon Blanc and want that with a touch more texture and sense of weight.
