For You If:  You're looking for Vin Santo on the richer end of the spectrum - this has plenty of mouthwatering, zippy, acidity to support the dark dried fruit and butterscotch richness.

Not For You If:  You're after the sharp/tangy style of Vin Santo - this runs more to a dessert wine for pie than an afternoon sip with almond cookies.
