Organic/Bio There's much more variation in the soils and microclimates of Tuscany's Chianti Classico than we generally recognize. The Ormanni estate is in the heart of the Classico Zone and always produces dark, almost brooding, Sangiovese that still maintains a generous, fruit-filled, core. Organic farming, hand harvesting, and aging in a mixture of older large and small casks delivers the perfect balance of ripe fruit and savory spice.
