But if you’re after a stylish, delicious, and very food friendly Napa Cabernet to drink now – 2030 and like a great value, look no further! Cathy Corison was the winemaker here for the winery’s first decade, and even now this tastes like one of her wines. The refinement of texture, minerality and purity are all excellent and the ripe plum, cassis and blackberry fruit are complemented by notions of wild herb and earthy spice. Finishes long and silky with excellent sustain. Bravo!
