From schist soils, this delivers juicy pear, green apple and honeysuckle aromas and flavors with mouthwatering accents of mineral/sea salt and ginger across the long, layered, finish. A lovely match for seafood, lighter cheeses or just solo. This will disappear fast on a warm day!

For You If:   You love the texture-forward, savory/fruit, character of Loire Valley  Chenin Blanc without too much candle wax or earth; you enjoy mountain whites from Savoie or Switzerland and want that character with more texture and density.

Not For You If:   You want something fruity or even just fruit-filled – the fruit is lovely here but restrained and wrapped in more savory/mineral notes.
