Organic/Bio Lower ABV Not content to carry the standard as a leader in “old-school” Beaujolais or to make wine from every Cru village, Jean-Paul Brun also makes a little bit of Chardonnay from sandy clay-limestone soils in his home village of Charnay. Organic, hand, farming and fermentation in steel and concrete capture beautiful flavors of peach, apricot and nectarine and a very clear, pure, mineral, finish. Delicious stuff.
