Organic/Bio Sometimes you just want Rhone reds to bring the thunder. You’ll get all the power and impact you’d hope for here but also a vinosity that keeps the wine as drinkable as it is impressive. It’s 60% Grenache from very old vines plus 27% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre, and 3% white grapes interplanted in the older vines. A gutsy, bold, wine, it serves up intense raspberry, black olive, iron ore, scorched meat, and wild herb aromas and flavors that keep mixing and matching through the grippy-firm finish. Ready for steak, lamb, pork ribs, or any hearty dish, this is already inviting and will just get better over the next 10 years. Fantastic stuff.
