Organic/Bio Lower ABV Like Pet Nat Moscato d’Asti, but more precise, refreshing and addictively drinkable. It’s a blend of 75% Muscat a Petits Grains and 25% Clairette that starts fermentation naturally in tank and then is bottled, still bubbling away, without SO2 to finish in bottle at around 9% alcohol and 35 g/l residual sugar. Redolent of ripe stone fruit, ginger and spring flowers, there’s a lovely crispness here to balance the sweet mid-summer fruit. Classically paired with fruit desserts, it’s also lovely with cheese or drunk ice cold on it’s own for pure refreshment.
