Organic/Bio If the label gets you to try this, we’re cool with that. Also if the wild blend of red Cinsault and 150 year-old Pais (Mission) with 5% each white Roussanne and Marsanne grabs your interest. But the reason you’ll come back for more is that this crunchy, fruit-filled, slightly savory, lightly floral, nicely stony and definitely chillable red just tastes so darn good. Made with real love – as the winemaker says, the grapes are “hand harvested and sorted personally by me in the vineyard (I personally check every single bunch)” before native yeast fermentation and aging 10 months in old oak and tank. Naturally and joyfully delicious.
