Kelley Fox's wines are all about focus, precision, deliniation, definition and cut. Which her lot of Freedom Hill Pinot Blanc takes to nicely. The crunchy peach, tangelo, green melon fruit gives the wine a core, and on that hangs loads of super intense and refreshing salty stone minerality. Crisp, mouthwatering and really lively, this is fun as a bracing solo sipper but will really shine with sweet-n-salty seafood. Crab salad, anyone?
