Lower ABV From one of the Mosel’s most exciting young winemakers, this is utterly captivating Spatlese Riesling from a ridiculously steep (80 degree slope) vineyard covered in slate. Yes, there is a lot of peach fruit right now and a big burst of lime. But “steely” is the main impression you’ll take away from a wine that is extremely hard to resist now but really wants 10 years in cellar. Brilliant.
